Lunar Lotus is has a number of positions available for anyone interested in joining our staff!
Below are the positions available, what we expect from each position, and pay offered to our staff:Bartender - Our bartenders see to any and all guests seated at the bar and prepare all food and drinks on request. Bartenders are also responsible for passing food and drink prepared to the waitresses to fill their orders.Waitress - A waitress takes the order of and delivers each guests order and flows throughout the venue checking on each guest seated at tables.

Geisha and Oiran - Entertainers of Lunar Lotus. While Oiran and Geisha use different methods to see to an individuals needs there is a difference in approach. Geisha entertains with their arts. Oiran can entertain also using their bodies.Bard - What is a venue without ambiance? As a bard you provide lovely music and entertainment that is sure to leave our guests and even staff entertained.Security - You help prevent issues before and when they take place. This can include having weapons stored away, breaking up fights, and seeing that guests do not venture into any places they are not authorized to go.Greeter - A friendly face and giver of information is what the greeter does. Being a greeter can be a difficult job for some so pace yourself as needed and tag out to check on guests as well to have a bit more fun.Pay: Each position has the same pay: Roughly 200k per night + bonuses/ tips/ and any sells made by the individual. We do it this way to help each person request roles they would enjoy most rather than what pays the most.It is recommended that each person but not required that a person have a few jobs they are willing to do. This is to allow greater interaction between staff and guests and prevent anyone from ending up bored as a "wallflower."It is also recommended that each staff member interact with one another icly. Get to know your fellow workers, maybe have silly/ interesting little interactions between one another even when it is a slower night.
